Do I have to pay Blackwall for every conversation?
No. Premium has a software subscription price. AI token usage is billed by the provider account you connect.
What is the Standalone edition?
It is Blackwall's self-hosted PHP/MySQL edition for websites that do not need the native WooCommerce or Shopify integration. It includes the core AI, knowledge, training, support, voice, analytics and security stack.
Can I use Blackwall without Premium?
Yes. Supported editions retain a Free feature set centered on the core chatbot, Gemini, basic appearance and operational controls. Premium unlocks the broader provider, knowledge, analytics, voice and support capabilities.
Can I change AI providers later?
Yes. Blackwall is designed around provider choice, so you can switch supported providers or models without replacing the chatbot itself.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you do not cancel, the selected Premium subscription begins. Trial eligibility is limited per product/customer identity. Your Blackwall account shows licenses and subscription access.
Where are payment details stored?
Stripe handles billing details and payment methods for direct Blackwall subscriptions. Blackwall's account system does not store card numbers or CVCs.
